1. Rental Eligibility

  • Renters must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license.
  • Government-issued ID proof (Aadhar card, Passport, or equivalent) is required for verification.

2. Booking and Payments

  • Bookings must be made through our official website, call, whatsapp or rental locations.
  • Full payment must be made before the start of the rental period.
  • Security deposits are mandatory and refundable upon vehicle return after inspection.

3. Rental Period & Extensions

  • The rental period starts and ends as per the agreed time at booking.
  • Extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Late returns may incur additional charges.

4. Fuel Policy

  • Vehicles are provided with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same level.
  • Any fuel shortage will be charged at current fuel rates.

5. Damage & Insurance

  • Basic insurance is included, but renters are liable for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Any accident must be reported to the nearest police station and to our support team immediately.
  • The maximum liability in case of an accident is limited to the refundable security deposit.

6. Prohibited Uses

  • Vehicles must not be used for racing, off-road driving, or illegal activities.
  • Subletting or transferring the rented car to another person is strictly prohibited.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund.
  • Last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
